Introduction: 

Welcome to Streampixel, a service provided by Vardexa OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services:

Streampixel provides pixel streaming solutions. The details of the services provided will be outlined in the specific service agreements between Streampixel and the client.

User Responsibilities:

• Users must ensure that all information provided to Streampixel is accurate and up-to-date.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

• Users must not use Streampixel services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials available on Streampixel, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Vardexa OÜ and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Data Processing Agreement:
If and to the extent that Streampixel processes any Personal Data on your behalf in connection with the Services, the terms of our Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) available at https://www.streampixel.io/policy/data-processing-agreement shall apply and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you agree to the DPA.

Limitation of Liability:

Streampixel will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vardexa OÜ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Change to Terms:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
